In addition to the equipment and project management costs, remember to allow for the tradesmen who will perform the physical mechanical and electrical installation.

Most equipment, apart from the utilities, will be sourced from overseas.  Allowance should be made for Customs clearance, import duties and freight costs.

We would also advise that you allow 10% of the total cost of the project as a contingency.
