10L smartDRAFT The ideal draught beer solution for low volume commercial applications like restaurants, cafes and catering. It’s a self-contained 10L keg with integrated CO2. The beer is dispensed via a very stylish benchtop cooler. No beerlines, no cleaning, no tapping wastage. No servicing and no maintenance. The smart way to deliver your beer at its best. Please see the VIDEO at the bottom of this page.The smartDRAFT keg has two chambers, one for the product and one for the gas, eliminating the need for a gas bottle and gas system. The system complies with the new gas standard AS-5034 and can be installed in areas where traditional systems cannot, unless gas monitors and extraction systems are also installed. The smartDRAFT system allows the brewer to control the beer quality: the customer is not required to perform any maintenance or cleaning. Every smartDRAFT keg is supplied with a one-way beer line which is attached to the keg and fed through the dispense tap by the customer. The smartDRAFT system has two options for cooling. There is an on-bar 'Tropical' cooler housing one keg, or there is the 'Max' cooler which is a free-standing unit with a font included and storage for four kegs. The 'Max' has two taps so two beers can be poured simultaneously, either the same brand or different brands. Both coolers only require access to a standard power point. Downloads: |
