HAZOP

HAZOP is an abbreviation of HAZard and OPerability study. The purpose of performing a HAZOP is to identify any potential hazards in your brewery. These hazards could be with the design or construction of your equipment or how it is operated. Once any hazards are identified, an action list is developed and discussed with key brewery staff.
