Laboratory

To enable the analysis of key product quality parameters, laboratory equipment is required.  In small breweries, this equipment can be placed on a bench somewhere in the brewery. 

In larger breweries, the building should be designed to incorporate three separate testing areas; an analytical laboratory; a microbiological laboratory and a tasting room.
